Privacy Notice
The current published notice describing the information Olympic Prints processes, why it is used, and the choices available to customers and visitors.
Privacy Notice
Olympic Prints, LLC (“Olympic Prints”) operates OlympicPrints.com and related customer, business, creator, concierge, design, order, and production-support services. This notice explains the categories of information we process and the purposes for which we use it.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the feature, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business/company information, billing/shipping/pickup information, order details, quote requests, project messages, appointment information, promotional-code information, uploaded photographs/artwork/documents, design content, creator/gallery information, support requests, and preferences.
Payment card details are handled through the configured payment processor. Olympic Prints may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and related payment metadata but should not represent that it stores full card credentials unless that is actually true for the processor integration.
2. Files and artwork
Private order files are used to provide the requested service, including upload storage, validation, preflight, proofing, image correction requested by the customer, rendering, production preparation, printing, fulfillment, troubleshooting, backup, and customer support. Private order files are not automatically licensed for public gallery, portfolio, marketing, or unrelated AI use.
If you separately opt into public-gallery sales, creator features, marketing/portfolio use, or other optional uses, the permissions shown for that feature apply.
3. Account and usage information
We may process account identifiers, authentication/session information, browser/device information, IP address, timestamps, navigation and feature usage, referral/source information, promotion interactions, error/diagnostic data, and security events to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
4. Orders and business records
We maintain order, invoice/payment-status, discount, tax, shipping/delivery, fulfillment, proof/approval, production, refund, support, and accounting records as reasonably needed to complete transactions, respond to disputes, keep books and tax records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide and fulfill requested services; create and maintain accounts; process orders and payments; communicate order/proof/production updates; provide customer service; calculate pricing, shipping, delivery, tax and discounts; operate business/creator/concierge workspaces; protect systems; prevent abuse/fraud; maintain records; improve services; and comply with law.
Marketing communications should be sent only where allowed and should provide applicable opt-out choices. Transactional/order communications may still be necessary even where marketing is declined.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help operate the business, such as payment, hosting/cloud infrastructure, email, calendar, analytics, shipping, accounting, error-monitoring, file processing, and other technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights/safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction/consent.
We do not sell private customer photographs as a data product. Any final statutory statement about “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising should be reviewed against the exact tools enabled on the live site before publication.
7. Connected accounts
If you connect a third-party account, Olympic Prints receives only the permissions and information needed for the connected feature. See the Connected Accounts Notice for details and disconnect options.
8. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features, if enabled, are governed by the AI-Assisted Features Notice. Optional free-text or sensitive-content AI processing should remain gated by the privacy settings and permissions presented to the user. Do not assume ordinary Terms acceptance is consent to optional sensitive-data processing.
9. Cookies and tracking
Olympic Prints may use essential cookies/local storage and approved analytics, preference, promotion, security, or measurement technologies. See the Cookie & Tracking Notice for categories and choices.
10. Retention
Retention should be based on the purpose of the data, order/account needs, legal/accounting obligations, security needs, contractual commitments, backup cycles, and customer requests. The final published notice should identify any specific retention periods that Olympic Prints commits to operationally.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is completely secure. Customers should use strong credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the record, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or other privacy choices by contacting Olympic Prints. Some transaction, accounting, security, legal, and dispute records may need to be retained even after an account or file is removed.
13. Washington consumer health data
Olympic Prints is not designed as a health service. However, uploaded photos, documents, messages, or project content can incidentally contain information a law may treat as consumer health data. The separate Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes the intended handling of that category and should be reviewed with counsel before publication.
14. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use the service with appropriate parent/guardian involvement.
15. Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice prospectively. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgment where required.
