Platform Terms of Service

These Platform Terms govern use of OlympicPrints.com, Olympic Prints customer accounts, design and collaboration tools, galleries, business workspaces, order messaging, connected-account features, and related online services operated by Olympic Prints, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Olympic Prints,” “we,” “us”). Separate Terms of Sale apply when you buy printing, products, design services, or other paid services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Users under 13 may not use the platform. Users under 18 should use the platform only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the activity.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting passwords and sign-in credentials, and activity occurring through your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized users. Notify Olympic Prints promptly if you believe an account or connected service has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Olympic Prints, third parties, or the platform.

3. Customer content and uploaded files

You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, logos, designs, documents, text, and other material you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Olympic Prints a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, resize, crop, color-manage, render, proof, transmit internally, and otherwise use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide the feature or service you requested, fulfill orders, provide support, maintain backups, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for material you upload or ask us to reproduce. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

Optional public-gallery, marketing, portfolio, creator-sales, or AI uses require the separate permissions or settings presented for those features. Acceptance of these Platform Terms alone is not consent to optional public or marketing use of private order files.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Olympic Prints to violate law; infringe intellectual-property rights; impersonate another person; distribute malware; interfere with security; scrape non-public data; abuse another user; submit fraudulent orders; misuse promotional codes; or upload material whose possession, reproduction, or distribution is unlawful. Additional standards appear in the Acceptable Use & Content Standards policy.

5. Platform tools and previews

Design editors, mockups, proofs, previews, pricing estimates, file-quality indicators, AI-assisted tools, and automated production-preparation features are aids. Screen appearance can differ from printed output because displays, paper, ink, lighting, finishing, cropping, and physical tolerances vary. Production approval, payment, and print release follow the applicable order workflow and Terms of Sale.

6. No unattended physical printing

Olympic Prints may automate validation, preflight, layout, rendering, batching, routing, and other preparation steps. Physical printer release remains subject to Olympic Prints’ production controls and human approval. A successful upload, payment, proof, automated render, or system status does not by itself mean a physical print has been released or completed.

7. Intellectual property in the platform

Olympic Prints owns or licenses the website software, branding, user-interface elements, templates, documentation, and other platform materials, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials. You may use platform materials only as made available through the service and may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit them except as permitted by law or written agreement.

8. Third-party and connected services

The platform may connect to payment processors, email/calendar providers, analytics tools, shipping providers, cloud infrastructure, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. Connected-account permissions are described in the Connected Accounts Notice.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace platform features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use of affected features.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens customers, staff, systems, or third parties. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve ordinary account issues.

11. Disclaimers

Except for express written commitments, the platform and informational features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every automated suggestion, preview, third-party integration, or estimate will be error-free. Nothing on the platform is legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability — REVIEW WITH COUNSEL

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olympic Prints should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from platform use. Any final limitation, exclusion, cap, and consumer-law carve-outs should be reviewed for enforceability under Washington and other applicable law before publication.

13. Governing law and disputes — REVIEW WITH COUNSEL

These Terms are intended to be governed by Washington law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply elsewhere. Venue, informal-resolution requirements, arbitration, jury waiver, class-action treatment, and other dispute provisions are intentionally left for Owner/counsel review before publication.
