How to Use the Photographer Marketplace

Use the Photographer Marketplace to find available photography services and send an inquiry

The Marketplace is a discovery and inquiry page. Viewing a service does not reserve a photographer, charge you, or create a confirmed booking.

Step 1 — Open the Marketplace

1. Go to Photographer Marketplace.
2. Wait while the page checks photographer availability.
3. If the page says Photographer services are being curated, there are no current public service listings. Use Ask about photography if you still need help.

Step 2 — Search

1. Click the search box labeled Search photographers, services, areas….
2. Type a photographer name, service type, city/area, or word such as wedding, family, portrait, or vacation.
3. The list filters as you type.

Step 3 — Filter by Service Type

1. Open the dropdown labeled All service types.
2. Choose the kind of photography you want.
3. Return to All service types to remove the filter.

Step 4 — Read a service card

1. Read the service name.
2. Read the photographer name.
3. Read the price badge. It may show a fixed price, a starting price, or Quote.
4. Read the short description.
5. Read service type, duration, and service area.

Step 5 — Open Details

1. Click Details.
2. Read the full description.
3. Read Price.
4. Read Duration.
5. Read Service area.
6. Read Travel fee when present.
7. Read Deposit requirement.
8. Read the number of Edited images when specified.
9. Read whether a Gallery is included.
10. Read whether the service requires a Quote.

Step 6 — Read Deliverables and Cancellation Policy

1. If a DELIVERABLES section appears, read every included deliverable.
2. If a CANCELLATION POLICY appears, read it before inquiring.

Step 7 — Inquire about the service

1. Click Inquire on the card or Inquire about this service inside Details.
2. The site takes you to the contact/inquiry path.
3. Tell Olympic Prints which service/photographer you are asking about.
4. Include the preferred date, location, number of people/event type, and any special requirements.

Step 8 — Wait for coordination/confirmation

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Availability, calendar conflicts, travel, pricing, deposit, and other details must be reviewed through the booking/request workflow.

If your search shows no matches

1. Click Clear filters if shown.
2. Try a broader search.
3. Check All service types.
4. Use Contact Olympic Prints if you need a photographer but no public listing matches.

For photographers

If you are a photographer who wants Olympic Prints production/client-gallery tools, use For Photographers. Marketplace participation is optional; photographers can use Olympic Prints production without a public Marketplace listing.
