How to Use Olympic Prints Coastal Vacations

Use Coastal Vacations to discover participating Grays Harbor stays, experiences, concierge help, and Vacation Memory options

This section helps visitors plan through participating properties and authorized concierges. Browsing a property or experience does not create a booking, charge you, or guarantee availability.

Step 1 — Open Coastal Vacations

1. Go to Coastal Vacations.
2. Read the main hero and trip-style ideas.
3. Scroll through How It Works so you understand how participating stays and concierge coordination work.

Step 2 — Review participating properties on the main page

If participating properties are currently available, the page shows Choose where your adventure begins with a directory of authorized participating stays. If no properties are live, this section may not appear.

Step 3 — Open the full Stays page

1. Go to Participating Stays or click the stay/explore button from the main page.
2. Wait for the participating-property list to load.
3. If there are no participating profiles, the site returns you to the main Coastal Vacations page rather than showing fake properties.

Step 4 — Filter Stays by Trip Style

1. Find Trip style:.
2. Click All stays to show all current properties.
3. Click another available trip-style button to show properties whose approved experience categories fit that style.
4. The page states which style you are currently viewing.

Step 5 — Read a participating property

1. Read the property name and available profile information.
2. Review its supported experience categories and other public details.
3. Use the property's Contact/Concierge action when you want help planning.

Step 6 — Contact the authorized concierge

1. Click the contact action on the participating property.
2. The concierge dialog opens.
3. Enter the information requested by the dialog.
4. Describe the stay, dates, occasion, or experience you are interested in.
5. Submit the inquiry.

Contacting the concierge starts coordination. It is not the same as a confirmed hotel reservation, service booking, restaurant reservation, or paid experience unless the specific follow-up workflow confirms it.

Step 7 — Browse Experiences

1. Open Experiences.
2. Wait for available experiences to load.
3. Use All to view all current experience cards.
4. Click a category such as dining, photography, celebrations, beach activities, or another current category to filter.

Step 8 — Read an Experience

1. Read the experience title.
2. Read the description and available public details.
3. Use the experience's action/contact route to continue planning through the relevant participating concierge/provider workflow.

If a category has no current options, the page can say experiences are coming soon and directs you back toward participating-concierge help rather than inventing availability.

Step 9 — Use Vacation Memory

1. On the main Coastal Vacations page, find the Vacation Memory / Memory Package information.
2. Open the linked Memory Package flow when you want professionally printed keepsakes.
3. Choose the relevant event/stay context and follow the package/print instructions.

Guest photo uploads are private candidate images until reviewed. Uploading a photo does not automatically release a print.

Step 10 — If you are a hospitality business interested in participating

Use the Partner Program call-to-action and Business Solutions inquiry rather than creating a public profile yourself. Public participation requires an approved/configured business relationship.

If you do not see a stay you expected

1. Clear the Trip Style filter.
2. Confirm you are on Participating Stays.
3. Remember that only current approved participating profiles are shown.
4. Contact Olympic Prints if you were referred by a property that is not appearing.

If you do not see any experiences

The site intentionally sends you back to the main Coastal Vacations page when no public experiences are available. Use an authorized participating concierge for custom planning instead of assuming a missing listing is an error.
