The cart is where you stop and check everything before paying

Adding an item to the cart does not print it and does not automatically charge you. Think of the cart as your final review table.

Step 1 — Open the cart

  1. After you add a product or service, open the cart from the cart icon or the cart panel that appears.
  2. If you added several items, scroll through every line before continuing.

Step 2 — Read each cart line from top to bottom

  1. Confirm the product/service name.
  2. Confirm the quantity.
  3. For prints, check size, paper, border, and frame.
  4. For business cards, check stock, quantity, and one-sided/two-sided selection.
  5. For wallpaper, check wall dimensions and mural information.
  6. Check any design-service or other service line that is supposed to accompany the physical product.
  7. Check any rush request or fee shown.
  8. Check seller/business information if you are buying from an approved local partner listing.

Step 3 — Fix mistakes before checkout

If a custom item is configured incorrectly, remove that line and return to the creator to rebuild it correctly. Do not pay for a configuration you already know is wrong.

Step 4 — Choose your fulfillment method

Shipping

  1. Use shipping when the order is not being delivered locally or picked up.
  2. The site uses the order's size/frame information and current shipping settings to estimate applicable carrier shipping.
  3. Complete the shipping address requested at checkout.

Local delivery

  1. Choose local delivery from the creator/fulfillment controls when available.
  2. Enter the ZIP code in the delivery verifier.
  3. If the ZIP is eligible, the site records the verified city/ZIP and local delivery fee.
  4. If the ZIP is outside the local area, the site can move you back to carrier shipping instead.

Pickup

  1. Choose pickup when that option is offered.
  2. Pickup may show as free in the order summary.
  3. Pickup is by confirmed/scheduled appointment. Olympic Prints does not operate the production location as a public walk-in retail storefront.

Step 5 — Understand rush choices before you pay

  1. Standard is the normal production path.
  2. Priority/Same-Day choices are requests for expedited timing.
  3. A rush choice is not guaranteed merely because the website lets you select it.
  4. Olympic Prints may need to confirm file readiness, inventory, proof approval, order size, destination, production workload, and cutoff time.
  5. Some rush orders may require studio approval before payment can proceed.

Step 6 — Read pricing and fees

  1. Review each line's price.
  2. Review rush charges when applicable.
  3. Review local delivery or shipping information.
  4. Review service lines separately from physical-print lines.
  5. Discounts must be validated by the checkout system; do not assume a typed code is valid until checkout accepts it.

Step 7 — Continue to checkout

  1. Click the checkout/continue button only after the cart is correct.
  2. Enter the requested customer/contact information.
  3. Enter the delivery or shipping information requested.
  4. Review the final order total.
  5. Complete payment through the checkout page when the order is a normal payable order.

Step 8 — If the item requires a quote

A quote-required service/product does not use a fake placeholder price as if it were final. The studio or responsible business must review and price that work. Follow the quote instructions instead of expecting immediate payment.

Step 9 — After checkout

  1. Keep the confirmation screen/email.
  2. Add support@olympicprints.com to your safe senders.
  3. Check junk/spam if you are waiting for an update.
  4. When signed in, open My Orders to review status and customer-visible messages.

If checkout will not continue

Read the message on the screen first. A product may be missing required artwork, approval, a valid fulfillment choice, a quote, or a rush confirmation. If the message does not tell you what to fix, use Contact Olympic Prints and include the item name and the message you see.
