Use a quote when the website cannot safely price your job as a normal self-service item
Examples include unusual dimensions, bulk quantities, special materials, installation-related questions, multi-part business projects, custom finishing, or services where final pricing depends on details.
Option 1 — Request a quote from a Store item
- Go to Store.
- Choose Goods or Services.
- Search for the item/service you need.
- Open the item and look for quote-required language.
- Use the quote/request action instead of expecting an immediate fixed-price checkout.
- Review the cart/request information to confirm which item is being quoted.
- Watch for follow-up from Olympic Prints or the approved partner business responsible for that listing.
Option 2 — Use Business Solutions for a business project
- Go to Business Solutions.
- Scroll to Request a consultation.
- Choose the area of interest when the form asks.
- Enter your business/contact information.
- Describe what you are trying to accomplish.
- Include quantities, locations/properties, repeat-order needs, deadlines, and anything that is currently difficult to manage.
- Submit the consultation request.
A consultation request is information gathering. It does not create a paid order.
Option 3 — Contact Olympic Prints directly
- Go to Contact.
- Tell us what you want made.
- Provide the finished size if known.
- Provide quantity.
- Describe material/finish if you have a preference.
- Tell us whether the artwork is finished or whether you need design help.
- Provide the preferred or required date.
- Tell us whether you need shipping, local delivery, or pickup.
What makes a custom quote faster
- Exact finished width and height.
- Quantity of each piece.
- Whether pieces are identical or have variable names/room numbers/etc.
- Intended indoor/outdoor use.
- Artwork file or sample.
- Photos of the location if the project is location-specific.
- Deadline and whether it is flexible.
- Whether this will be reordered in the future.
What happens after you submit
- The request is reviewed by the appropriate studio/business workflow.
- If important information is missing, you may be asked for clarification.
- Pricing/availability is prepared.
- You receive the next-step instructions for approval/order/payment.
- No physical production begins merely because you requested a quote.
If you need rush service
State the requested date clearly, but do not treat the date as accepted until Olympic Prints confirms capacity, materials, usable files, proof requirements, and fulfillment feasibility.
