Use this guide for photos, artwork, posters, and other standard custom prints

This guide walks through the Live Print Studio from the first click through checkout. You do not need to understand printing terms before you begin.

Before you start

  • Save the image you want to print on the device you are using.
  • Use a clear original image when possible instead of a screenshot copied from social media.
  • The uploader accepts common image files and blocks unsupported files or files over the page limit.

Step 1 — Open the Live Print Studio

  1. Go to the Olympic Prints home page.
  2. Scroll until you see LIVE PRINT STUDIO and the heading Build your print.
  3. You can also use this direct link.

Step 2 — Choose the finished print size

  1. Start with the size control at the top of the configurator.
  2. Click the finished size you want.
  3. The preview changes shape to match the selected print size.
  4. If you are unsure which size fits your image, choose a common size first and review the crop in the preview before adding to cart.

Step 3 — Choose the paper

  1. Open the paper choice.
  2. Read the available paper names/descriptions.
  3. Click the paper you want.
  4. The price shown later in the order summary reflects the selected paper and size.

Step 4 — Choose the border

  1. Open the border control.
  2. Choose the available border treatment that matches the look you want.
  3. If you want the image to run to the finished edge, choose the appropriate full-bleed/edge option when available.
  4. If you want visible white space around the image, choose an available border option or prepare the border intentionally in your artwork.

Step 5 — Choose a frame if one is available

  1. Open the frame choice.
  2. The site only shows frame options that match the current print size.
  3. Choose a frame, or leave the print unframed.
  4. If you later change the print size and the selected frame no longer fits, the site removes that incompatible frame selection.

Step 6 — Upload your image

  1. Click the artwork/image upload control.
  2. Choose the image from your phone, tablet, or computer.
  3. Wait for the preview to update.
  4. If the page says Unsupported file, choose a JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, or another supported image format.
  5. If the page says Image too large, use an image under the uploader's 25 MB limit.

Step 7 — Position and crop the image

  1. Scroll to COMPOSE & PREVIEW.
  2. Drag the image to move the part of the picture that will print.
  3. Pinch on a touch device or use the available scale/zoom control to make the image larger or smaller.
  4. Watch the trim marks. They represent the cut edge.
  5. Keep faces, words, logos, and anything important away from the cut edge.
  6. If the image is cropped in a way you do not like, reposition it before continuing.

Step 8 — Choose Standard or request faster service

  1. Find the fulfillment bar below the preview.
  2. Choose Standard if you do not need expedited production.
  3. If you choose a rush option, treat it as a request until Olympic Prints confirms file readiness, materials, workload, order size, destination, and other production requirements.

Step 9 — Choose shipping, local delivery, or pickup

  1. For local delivery, choose the local-delivery option and enter your ZIP code when prompted.
  2. The ZIP checker verifies whether your location is eligible and can show the local delivery fee.
  3. If the ZIP is outside local delivery, the site can fall back to shipping and retain the ZIP for the shipping estimate.
  4. For pickup, choose the pickup option. Pickup is by scheduled/confirmed appointment.
  5. For shipping, leave local delivery and pickup off and continue with carrier shipping.

Step 10 — Set quantity

  1. Scroll to Your order.
  2. Find the quantity control.
  3. Increase or decrease the quantity to the number of identical prints you want.

Step 11 — Read the order summary carefully

  1. Confirm the finished size.
  2. Confirm the paper.
  3. Confirm the border.
  4. Confirm the frame if you selected one.
  5. Confirm quantity.
  6. Confirm rush selection.
  7. Confirm shipping, local delivery, or pickup.
  8. Review the displayed price estimate.

Step 12 — Add to cart

  1. Click Add to Cart.
  2. The site prepares a durable artwork copy before adding the line. If the upload/preparation does not finish correctly, you may see Could not add to cart.
  3. If that happens, re-upload the artwork and try again. Do not assume an item was added unless it appears in the cart.

Step 13 — Review the cart

  1. Open the cart.
  2. Check the print name, size, paper, border, quantity, frame, rush request, and fulfillment information.
  3. If something is wrong, remove the line and return to the Live Print Studio rather than paying for the wrong configuration.

Step 14 — Checkout

  1. Continue from the cart to checkout.
  2. Enter the requested contact and delivery information.
  3. Review the final charges presented by checkout.
  4. Complete payment only when the order is correct.

After checkout

Watch your email and, when signed in, use My Orders for status updates. If Olympic Prints needs clarification about artwork or production, respond before the job can continue.

If the preview looks wrong

Do not order and hope it fixes itself. Reposition the image or contact Olympic Prints with the intended size and a description of what looks wrong.
