Use this guide to create an account, sign in, or recover access

Your account is what connects you to private pages such as My Orders and Business Workspace records.

Create an account

  1. Go to Register.
  2. Enter the information requested on the registration form.
  3. Use an email address you can access because order and account communication may be sent there.
  4. Create the password requested by the page.
  5. Submit the registration form.
  6. After registration/sign-in completes, return to the page you were trying to use if the site does not take you there automatically.

Sign in to an existing account

  1. Go to Login.
  2. Enter the same email address you used to register.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Submit the login form.
  5. If sign-in succeeds, private account pages become available according to your permissions.

If you forgot the password

  1. Go to Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email associated with the account.
  3. Submit the password-reset request.
  4. Open the email sent to that address.
  5. Follow the reset link to the Reset Password flow.
  6. Enter the new password requested by the page.
  7. Save the new password, then return to Login and sign in.

If the reset email does not arrive

  1. Check junk/spam.
  2. Confirm you typed the email correctly.
  3. Wait a few minutes before creating repeated requests.
  4. If you still cannot recover access, use Contact Olympic Prints and tell us the email address you are trying to use.

Which pages usually require sign-in?

  • My Orders and private order details.
  • Business Workspace and its private business data.
  • Other customer/business tools that need to know which account owns the records.

Security

Never send your password to Olympic Prints. Support may need the email address on the account, but not your password.
